Christophe Berton
LinkedInI started as a database consultant at FinArch, in the financial sector, where a mistake in the structure costs money. After that I worked on the operational side at Fourcast, among the people who have to use the tools every day.
Today I build as a Lovable Certified Partner with Claude, Supabase and GitHub. I’m not a software house. Drawing on planning and experience, I build things that last and that you can use without a manual.
Above all I want this to be fun, for me and for you. A small project that works makes people want to go further, and helps them grow faster than a big plan.

What exactly does Dwarskop do?

Why the name Dwarskop?
- In Flemish, a “dwarskop” is a stubborn head: someone who does not simply go along with the crowd. That is how I work: I tell you honestly when AI is not the right answer, I do not sell a big plan where a small project will do, and what I build is in your name. Stubborn about the hype, not about you.
Who is this for?
- For freelancers and companies of roughly five to twenty people without an in-house IT person, who sense that AI could free up time but don’t know where to start. I work across Belgium, in Dutch, French or English.
What does a project cost?
- There are deliberately no prices on this site, because every project is different. After a first conversation you get a clear scope and an honest estimate of time and cost, on paper before I start.
Who owns the code and the data?
- You do. Everything is in your name: the code in GitHub, the data in Supabase, the app in Lovable. If you stop working with me, you take everything with you.
Do I need to be technical to carry on myself afterwards?
